Make up and Beauty Must-Haves!

I thought I would compile a list of some of my favourite products that I use pretty much everyday. It is a collection of the products that I could not live without and would definitely recommend. Here goes:
Mac Studio Fix Foundation in NW15-  I have used this foundation for years and wouldn't even consider using anything  else. It gives perfect coverage and very natural looking. I also have the NC15 shade which is lighter for when I am feeling very pale. I don't normally wear it in the summer when I prefer to use a tinted moisturizer as a lighter option.

Hoola by Benefit- Well I cannot praise this product enough, It is most definitely THE best bronzing powder on the market without a question. A definite must have!

Mac Prep and Prime Primer - This is a perfect base for makeup to mattify your skin and makes foundation go on perfectly.

Powder set from Benefit, containing Coralista, Dandelion and Dallas.  I actually got this as the free gift when I subscribed to Vogue magazine but now I couldn't live without it. I really only use the Dandelion shade every day as a blusher and the other two seldom get used except on special occasions or I fancy a change.

Highlighter from Jemma Kidd- This stuff is great for dotting under the eyebrows and along the cheek bone to give a really healthy glowy look.

Define-A-Lash mascara by Maybeline. I love my mascara and if I was only allowed one piece of make up for the rest of my life it would have to be my mascara. This one is great at volumising and lengthening. I am too scared to try any other mascara as every time I do I am disappointed and end up going back to this one!

This stuff is amazing! I first came across it when I was in Australia and it just works for everything and anything. I use it on my lips as a balm and it is also great for burns, scratches and eczema, definitely recommended as a multi-purpose product.

Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner. This stuff is a great alternative to liquid eyeliner and is SO much easier to put on. You need a little brush to use with it and it can also be used on the inner rim of the eyes

Under eye concealer from Collection 2000. This is a life saver after a heavy night, it brightens up the under eye area and makes you look much more awake.

Now, on to Skin Care...

These little beauties from Superdrug are so cheap yet so good! The moisturisor is definitely one of the best moisturisors I have ever used and really good for giving a healthy glow. Both the moisturisor and the eye cream have spf 15 too, bonus!

Dr Hauschka cleansing cream and toner. Dr Hauschka is a great brand which uses natural ingredients and so it is really good for your skin. I got recommended these when I had a makeover years ago and have never looked back, they are great for naturally clearing the skin and leaving you glowing! I use these two at night time followed by a night cream.

Clinique cleanser and eye make up remover. I use this cleanser in the morning as it is so quick and easy and as it says on the bottle, leaves the skin feeling 'comforted' The eye make up remover is great, so easy to use and gentle on the eyes, cant go to bed without removing my eye make up.

Iv got naturally quite pale skin so when i feel like a bit of tan this face gel is really good and natural. I normally only wear it for a night out and just put it on straight after moisturisor as an extra layer. Would highly recommend this as it also lasts a couple of days afterwards too!

  3. It is sad to admit that NC15 is too dark for my face. It just doesn't blend right!
    I love the formulation.
    Maybe I should try NW15.
    Who knows!
If anyone knows a great foundation for ultra fair skin I AM IN DESPERATE NEED!
