Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownies

Watch out- even reading this might cause you to put on weight! Welcome to a whole new level of brownie- the salted caramel chocolate brownie! I made these beauties a couple of weeks ago and I can't stop thinking about them since! They are pretty simple to make and don't take much more commitment than your standard brownie. Follow the recipe below for the ultimate indulgence!

100g dark chocolate chips
170g unsalted butter
200g milk chocolate
300g granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g flour
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with foil.
Combine the butter and chocolate in a bowl and heat in the microwave or on the hob. Heat until the mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from the microwave and leave to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk until light and thick. Beat in the vanilla extract. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture with a rubber spatula. Add the flour and salt, folding gently until well combined. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top. Finally, Pour the remaining batter over.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Leave for a couple of hours to cool before cutting and devouring! Enjoy!
